Accounting Manager

Responsible for all Accounting operations, including developing and maintaining effective control, accounting, and reporting policies and practices; maintenance of the general ledger and related accounting policies for payables, receivables, and payrolls; analyzing and reporting financial results.  Serve as a business partner to other operational leaders to drive strategic business decisions.

BI Project Manager

This role is part of the Business Intelligence team that develops and supports data analysis and visualization products to empower data-driven business strategies at YRCW.  The primary responsibilities of this role are to collaborate with the Business Intelligence team, IT, and business partners to formulate business solutions, set timelines, create product rollout and support plans, and own relationships with stakeholders across many functional areas of the company.  The primary challenge of this position is to find creative solutions to deploy cutting edge machine learning and AI products with near real-time data feeds in production environments while balancing interests of business partners and IT.

Business Development Manager – Multiple Locations!

Grow all lines of HNRY services in geographic territory by identifying new opportunities and by coaching or training the YRCW Sales team in your territory.

Business Development Representative

Responsible for cultivating truckload business through prospecting, qualifying and pricing truckload opportunities, while serving as the engagement point for YRCF Sales in order to adequately position and sell truckload services.

Carrier Sales Representative

Responsible for matching freight to third-party carriers and their available equipment. Responsibilities include prospecting of leads, web research, networking and cold calling to build pipeline and strong account management to retain and grow carrier accounts. Position requires strong relationship building skills, negotiating power and ability to multi-task.

Logistics Coordinator

Responsible for organizing the preliminary stages of the freight shipment process and be introduced to the various career paths within the transportation industry.  Coordinators will work directly with shippers, consignees, and the HNRY truckload team via email, phone, and in-person to prepare shipments for the carrier sales team.

Team Members – Grove City, OH

The Team Member will load, unload, sort and verify freight that is returned to HNRY Logistics & move freight off of trucks and into the warehouse to store returned freight.
